Cancellation & Refund Policy
- We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of your tour, we will refund your full tour fee.
- If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the start of your tour, we will refund 50% of your tour fee.
- If you cancel less than 15 days before the start of your tour, we will not be able to refund your tour fee.
- Please note that some tours may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.
- If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that we may have already incurred costs and expenses in preparing for your tour.
